Giving Back
The WFG Charitable Trust raises money through individual and corporate donations. These funds support charitable projects and provide matching grants that can effectively double qualified charitable contributions given by Canadian World Financial Group agents to causes important to them.
We believe that with great success comes great responsibility. At our heart, and that of all the businesses that make up the WFG community, there is a desire to make an impact in the lives of others by giving back to families and individuals across North America and around the globe.
The WFG Foundation in the United States and the WFG Charitable Trust in Canada, along with donations from World Financial Group’s U.S. and Canadian agents, have funded more than $4 million (USD) in matching grants.

WFG Associates, with help from the WFG Foundation and the Charitable Trust (both non-profit organizations), have provided support to more than 90 charitable organizations in North America and around the world. WFG Associates believe in giving back to their communities. Associates pick charitable causes that are dear to them. Raise money to support these causes and then turn to the WFG Foundation in the United States or the Charitable Trust in Canada to request up to matching funds, potentially doubling the associates’ contribution.
