Winning Team (mywinningteams.com) is a members-only site for our team. This page explains what we keep about you and why.

What we collect

• When you apply to join: your email, first and last name, your SMD, your current level, your WFG code and your license status.
• When you sign in with Google: the name, email address and profile photo of your Google account. We never see your Google password or anything else in your account.
• When you sign in with an email code: your email address. The code is kept only in scrambled form, for 10 minutes.
• The date you last signed in. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on your device for up to 90 days.

How we use it

Only to run the site: to check who may open member pages, to show your profile, and to email you about your membership (for example, when your application is approved). We don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the site's administrators. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Services we use

Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores the member list, Resend sends sign-in codes and notices, and Google handles “Continue with Google”. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.

Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a member. When a membership ends, access is turned off; if you'd like your record deleted, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Send us a note with the Feedback form at the bottom of the home page, or ask your SMD to pass it on.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

我们收集哪些资料

• 申请加入时：你的邮箱、姓名、你的 SMD、目前职级、WFG 代码和执照情况。
• 用 Google 登录时：你 Google 账号的名字、邮箱和头像。我们看不到你的 Google 密码，也看不到账号里的其他内容。
• 用邮箱验证码登录时：你的邮箱。验证码只以加密形式保存 10 分钟。
• 你最近一次登录的日期。登录后，你的设备会保持登录最多 90 天。

我们怎么使用

只用于网站本身：确认谁可以打开会员页面、显示你的个人资料，以及发邮件通知你会员相关的事（例如申请通过）。不用于任何广告。

谁能看到

只有网站管理员。我们绝不出售你的资料，也不会为了营销分享给任何人。

我们使用的服务

Vercel 负责网站主机，Supabase 保存会员名单，Resend 发送登录验证码和通知邮件，Google 负责"使用 Google 登录"。它们只为向我们提供这些服务而处理你的资料。

我们对从 Google 取得的资料的使用，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的"有限使用"要求。

保存多久

在你是会员期间一直保存。会员资格结束后，访问权限会关闭；如果你希望删除记录，告诉我们即可。

你的权利

你可以随时要求查看、更正或删除你的资料。请用首页底部的意见反馈表告诉我们，或请你的 SMD 转达。

政策更新

如果本政策有变动，我们会更新本页和顶部的日期。
